Beautiful cottage with new bathroom, kitchen, flooring, windows, and located on a quiet dead-end street that is just steps from a walking/running path along the river. Marshall University is less than a 15 minute drive. There are queen beds and TVs in both bedrooms. The WiFi is fast enough to work remotely, streaming, and gaming. The house has keyless entry and plenty of towels/toiletries. Washer and dryer are newer units. This house is close to both Huntington, WV and Ashland, KY. The space The kitchen is bright and fresh with new cabinets and appliances. The bathroom was also updated with new tub, faucets, vanity, etc. There is a television in the living room, as well as both bedrooms, to allow all guests to enjoy their entertainment together or separately. There are 2 additional parking places in the back of the property accessible from the alley. The concrete is slightly above ground level and most suitable for a SUV or truck. The backyard is completely fenced. Guest access The entire home is accessible to our guests. There is a Ring doorbell near the front door and a Ring spotlight camera on the back porch. Other things to note We allow dogs only (2 max) as pets for a small pet fee. No cats please as we are severely allergic. We do not allow animals on the furniture. Please plan accordingly and bring a crate and/or blankets to place over the beds/couch/chair if you cannot keep your pet off the furniture.
