Street parking available for one car only. The space This newly renovated luxury space is located in the basement of a family home. The unit is completely self contained and has a private separate entrance. The bedroom has a queen bed with high end mattress. The living area has a desk for working and a breakfast bar for dining. The bathroom is a new 4 piece with a toilet, sink, shower and whirlpool tub. These areas are private for the traveller/guest. The kitchenette is has a fridge, countertop stove, microwave, convection oven. There is free street parking for one car. Guest access You have the entire basement to yourself, except for laundry. Your unit is separate from the laundry room but we may come downstairs while you are here to do laundry or access storage. If you travel with a furry companion you are welcome to use the fenced in back yard for them. Other things to note This suite is suitable for very quiet and considerate guests. We live on the property and it is very important that we are able to enjoy our peaceful and quiet property. Barbara lives in the main house and Martha lives in a cottage at the back of the property. There is a friendly dog in the upstairs of the house occasionally and a quiet cat in the upstairs of the house. You may not see the cat but it's best if you are cat friendly, just in case. The litter box and cat's food is in the shared laundry room downstairs.
