Located in the Beautiful Gated community with surveillance. There’s a Fully equipped kitchen, Private back patio with Jacuzzi (Hot Tub). Place comes with WiFi and Smart TVs. Washer/Dryer inside the home available as well. Parking space available for three vehicles. we provide one time Shampoo / Conditioner / Body wash / hand soap and bath tissues in all the bathrooms. also paper towel roll some garbage bags laundry detergent and dish detergent too. we provide all of them for only one time. Community: W/large Swimming Pool, Jacuzzi, Play Ground, Gym. Parking is available for 3 cars!! Guest access -Community Pool -2 Play Yard -Volleyball Court -Club House with Gym, Keep in mind amenity are out of 0 control, if for any reason they are closed (access Issue, bad weather: etc.) this is out of our control & take no responsibility's. Other things to note Please note Florida weather is unpredictable, please dress accordingly & check weather prior to your visit. Other things to note Our home has express self check-In. You will receive an entry code by message so you can check in directly. No need to go to an office for the keys. You can start your vacation right away. Orlando is full of incredible things to do. Florida is already world-famous for its fantastic theme parks and unmatched golf courses. - Must be 21 years or older to check in with valid Government issued ID. - Please take out garbage daily to prevent the odor and maintain cleanliness. - Smoking is not allowed inside the building. There will be a $250 fees for smoking - Parties and loud music are not allowed. - Pets not allowed. $250 fees for bringing unauthorized pet. Jacuzzi Hot Tub Rules: Jacuzzi is located on the backside of the house as you exit the sliding door. - Please keep the Jacuzzi clean and watch for minors. - If you want to change the water again during your stay then there is a $50 fee. - The guest is liable for any damages. - Please watch your step, we are not liable for any injury. - Please take care of the property as you would of your own. Please try to be safe and keep the property safe and clean as well to restrict any chances of Covid-19. We believe in our guests safety. PARKING RULES: NO Parking on the Street NO Blocking the Sidewalk NO Parking on the Grass NO Parking at the Clubhouse unless you are using the facilities (ie., the Access Card system shows you as using the Clubhouse) NO Parking at the Clubhouse when it is closed (ie., not between 9.30pm and 6.00am) Driveway APRON Parking – you may park on your driveway APRON (ie., between sidewalk and street) but if you are over the Grass or Sidewalk AT ALL, you will be towed. Check out Instructions: Check out time is 10:00 am sharp. (if you check out after 10:30 am then you will be charged $250 penalty for checking out late). Please return any borrowed household items to original locations. Throw all the garbage in dumpster. turn off all lights, close all windows and lock all doors. Return key fob to its original place. Return all Fan remotes and TV remotes to walls. $75 charge for losing Key card. $40 charge for losing Fan remote. $25 charge for losing Tv remote. ***Note*** There is a $5 charge for the amenities provided. The $5 is already included when you book the place so you don’t have to pay anything extra. This is just because if for any reason any amenities such as Community Pool, Gym, Hot tub in the house, Volleyball area is closed you can ask me to refund you the $5. Thank you.
