Great live/work space for those looking to get away to experience Montreal life and/or get some creative work done in an inspiring space! The space 1100 sq/ft with One wall of large windows all facing SW Hardwood floors Livingroom Full kitchen Four piece bathroom Laundry in unit Queen size bed Small office space Small workshop Upright piano Pullout couch Extra queen size bed My place is an artist loft, live/work space. It's in an older building, so the space has a lot of character. My belongings will remain in the space, but I'll be packing some away to ensure there's lots of room for guests to keep their personal belongings while they stay. Feel free to use anything I've left out, including any tools or instruments. I also have lots of plants, so I’m also asking guests please water them once per week. Other things to note The loft is located on the second floor of the building. There is a single flight of stairs off the main entrance with no wheelchair access, however there is a functioning elevator on the main floor.
