Cozy bright little place with the basics! Very comfortable and inviting. A sweet little place to crash after a day of hanging out in the desert. Hiking and biking trails are nearby. Bring your dirt bikes or 4 wheelers. There’s plenty to explore right from the door! Close to Lahontan Lake, Lake Tahoe, Reno, Carson City, Virginia City and USA Parkway! The space This is a basic small apartment attached to the main house with its own entrance and deck to watch the sunsets or sunrises. There is a microwave, small coffee pot and small fridge. Some basic, but very important, essentials include coffee and coffee cups, wine bottle opener and plastic wine glasses. Guest access This space has its own deck and entrance. Plentiful parking is right next to the deck. Other things to note There is a one time $25 pet fee per pet. No cats please. Any stays longer than two weeks is a $75 cleaning charge. Extra guests are an extra charge based on how many extras and how many nights. Please be considerate. The place is for no more than two people. It’s small :)
