We also have a baby monitor and baby gates at the top of the stairs if you need them. **Please note - the house does have a European layout. The living area, kitchen and master are all upstairs. Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry area and game/pool room next to the pool complete with a kitchenette. Keep this in mind for young toddlers and elderly people who may be limited on stairs. There is a small kitchenette downstairs but the main living area is upstairs on second floor :) **Pool is not heated. **EV charging available. **you may bring atvs but NOT use them on property **exterior cameras for security purposes **no parties.
