Home in Hermitage

Our lovely 4 bedroom home is the perfect retreat for families. Families can take a walk or bike ride together at the park down the street with access about 7 houses away. Kids can play or explore the woods on our 2 acres while parents relax on the deck or cook out on our grill. There is a wood firepit that is available to roast s’mores or hotdogs The space Our first floor has an open floor plan that is perfect for lounging and dining together. There are sliding glass doors that lead to our back deck and spacious yard. The front porch has rocking chairs and a porch swing to relax on cool evenings. The 4 bedrooms and full baths are on the second floor and the half bath is on the first floor. We have a queen size air mattress in the office upstairs and extra bedding in the chest in the hallway. Guest access Guests can access the first and second floors and the two car attached garage. The basement, closet upstairs and detached buildings will be inaccessible so owner can use for storage. Guests can use bikes and other play equipment if they sign a waiver prior to use. Other things to note We have Netflix and Disney + on our smart tv’s. Feel confident booking our clean and well maintained home. We have treated our home with an EPA N list hospital grade disinfectant and an anti microbial product that lasts up to 90 days.
