Welcome to our family-owned getaway across from Little Long Lake — a peaceful escape we’ve lovingly cared for and improved over the last eight years. This cozy two-bedroom retreat sits right across the street from the water, offering easy lake access and a quiet setting to unwind, explore, and make lasting memories. The space Bring your snowmobiles, side-by-sides, or quads — the large property has plenty of room for your toys, making it the perfect home base for outdoor adventurers! In the summer, enjoy shared access to the dock, paddleboat, kayaks, and stand-up paddle boards. Spend your mornings gliding across the lake, your afternoons fishing off the dock, and your evenings watching blue herons, eagles, and loons hunt as the sun sets over the water, or however you wish! Inside, the home is warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully stocked for any kind of stay, whether you’re here for a family vacation, a cozy weekend, or a trip with friends. Enjoy a spacious living room with a sofa and loveseat, a large kitchen with an island, and AC units in both bedrooms to keep things comfortable on warm days.
 You’ll be just minutes from town, Mid-Michigan Community College, and a UofM’s Midland Campus. A few of our local favorites are The Upnorth Coffee, a bowling alley, golf courses, Snow Snake Ski Resort , 4X Adventureland, a number of nearby lakes, and the famous Rocks & Valleys Off-Road Park — adventure is always close by.  NO PETS Please note: On-site electric vehicle charging is not allowed. A $100 fee will be added to your stay if you charge an electric vehicle on the property. Guest access Relax on the large lot featuring a neatly kept fire pit and patio — perfect for evening gatherings. Lake access is conveniently located right across the street with shared dock space. Guests also have access to the shared paddleboat, life jackets, kayaks, and SUPs.
 Next door, you’ll find a badminton and volleyball court for even more outdoor fun. Other things to note The dock and all water toys (kayaks, paddleboat, SUPs) are shared with another rental on the property. We simply ask that guests be mindful, respectful, and treat everything as if it were their own.
 We ask that guests leave the rental as close as possible to the condition in which they found it. We take care of the standard cleaning — bathrooms, bedding, towels, floors — so you can enjoy a stress-free departure.
