French doors open to a spacious balcony overlooking the garden pool below. It features a queen bed that sleeps two people. A cot can be added for a 3rd person, however it’s most comfortable with 2 people. Guests have a full private bathroom with linens and toiletries. The studio also has a dining area which can be used as a dedicated workspace if needed, and a small kitchen with a stove/oven, fridge, microwave, and coffee maker! Guest access Guests will have access to all shared areas:  - Pool - Outdoor kitchen & BBQ grill - Dining area - Gazebos - Lawn games - Free laundry onsite Other things to note *Pets are welcome* *Please ensure you read our rules before booking.* Guests can check in any time after 3pm and check out by 11am.  We offer free beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels. Bikes, kayaks, tennis rackets, and fishing gear are also available for guests to use.
