Remodeled walk out basement (over 1000 sq ft) with private entrance and outdoor patio is ready to welcome you! Our home offers a designated work area with high speed Wifi, coffee and tea station, USB charging station, outdoor grill, memory foam mattresses, multiple tvs set up with Netflix, Disney+, YouTubeTV, Amazon Prime and an antenna tv for local channels. The space ***PLEASE READ*** The AirBnB is a basement (beautiful walkout basement) and we do live above the rental. The AirBnB is completely separate and private including own private/separate entrance. The only shared spaces are the driveway and outside areas. We rarely use the backyard when we have renters to provide you with more privacy. Often times we don't even meet our renters or we can become good friends. We give you space and leave it up to you on the level of interaction you'd prefer. Please know - you will hear footsteps and voices at times - similar to that of an apartment, but less in the evening and early mornings as we also have a top floor. It should be fairly quiet 7p-7a. We are laid back/easy going. Additional note, this basement rental is by far the coolest part of the whole house. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do. Home is clean and comfortable. We do a full and thorough cleaning after every stay including comforters. Mostly new and remodeled in 2020 including all new furniture and bedding. Kitchen Our kitchen has a refrigerator. We have an induction stove top, microwave and coffee station (note: no traditional oven). We also have a table that can accommodate 4 people and outside picnic table with grill. Family Room Our family room has a large and comfortable sectional sleeper and a 43" Smart TV equipped with Netflix, Disney+, YouTubeTV, and antenna TV for local channels. Bathroom Our bathroom has a walk-in shower with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Towels and a blow dryer are provided (please note - no bathtub). Sleeping Areas We have a bedroom with a queen-sized bed, lamps, oscillating fan, and TV. We also have a second area in the back corner of the space which has another queen bed. The area is private, quiet and dark but no locking doors. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living area that can pop up for additional sleeping arrangements. Please let us know if you plan to use as we want to make sure we have all the blankets and pillows needed. Also, we can have set up in advance of your stay if preferred/requested. Patio One of my favorite areas - outdoor patio area with a picnic table. There is also an outdoor ceiling fan, light and grill. We do NOT have a washer and dryer available, but there are laundromats near by the property. Please contact us about longer stays. Designated Workspace Quiet back corner with desk, chair, and high-speed WiFi. Guest access There is a driveway that can hold up to 2 cars. There is a separate, private guest entrance and you will be provided with your own private (new each stay) code in advance of your trip. Again... please understand... :) We are a family of 4 that lives upstairs. You will probably hear us walking around and talking. We try to be extra quiet but our kids are young... and loud... sorry in advance but please be aware as this may not be the right fit and that's ok too. Thank you if you have read it this far.
