Beautifully furnished bedroom located on the second floor of a gorgeous 3 bedroom home with a heated pool, jacuzzi, and a nice backyard with a Built in BBQ area. Your bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed/ firm new mattress and beautiful bedding, Desk, T.V, mirrored closet, Etc. The upgraded bathroom has a full bathtub and shower. It is shared with one other person who is rarely home. Prime location in Encinitas, 3 miles from moonlite beach, and all shopping within a 1 mile radius. The space I'm a very positive person and keep the environment around my home the same. I'm a very nice, hospitable, helpful, accommodating, thoughtful, and caring person. You will absolutely enjoy the vibe and feel of my home. very comfortable and soothing to the soul. Guest access As a guest in my home, you will feel like it is your home immediately.
