Lakeshore Hidden Oasis (heated pool / jacuzzi)

Located in Lakeshore, minutes from Windsor / Detroit, a perfect oasis for the couple looking for a quiet escape. The suite's private jacuzzi tub makes it the ideal place in any season! The suite is fully equipped, including a complete kitchenette, Smart TV, etc. A private BBQ is at your door. During your stay you will have access, day and night, to our heated salt water pool. It is open from mid March to early November at 32°C (90°F). The hot tub is open year round. The space The Hidden Oasis suite is fully equipped, with high speed internet (WiFi), kitchenette, private jacuzzi tub and a large walk-in shower. The kitchenette is complete, including a single induction cooktop, mini oven, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee machine and mini fridge, pot, pan, dishes, forks, knives, salt, pepper, olive oil, creamers, sugar and sweetener. The 55" SmartTV has Netflix, Prime Video, Youtube Premium, Disney+, Discovery+ as well as hundreds of international channels by IPTV streaming. During your stay you can use our heated salt water pool and hot tub day and night. The suite has its own propane BBQ. Pool is heated to 32°C (90°F). It is open from mid-March to early November. The hot tub is accessible year round. [2025 POOL CLOSING: NOVEMBER 5.] The suite is to relax and to enjoy our backyard's amenities in a quiet wooded neighbourhood. ----- The HST of 13% (Ontario Harmonized Sales Tax) is added for us by AirBnB for stays of 29 days or less. We are registered with the CRA under the number: #832776017 RT 002. AirBnB handles the municipal tourism taxes (MAT of 4%) and any fees for AirBnB services and support. Guest access Access is to the suite and our backyard, respecting the propriety and all of our neighbours. If you wish to have some alone time in the pool or hot tub, let us know of this requirement. The access being shared with us, we need to co-ordinate such expectations. They may also be subject to seasonal conditions and maintenance. Other things to note We go beyond the cleaning requirements of AirBnB and the health authorities. This requires a considerable amount of time on our part. We really appreciate when you gather the towels in the bathroom and your garbage in the supplied trash cans. Do not hesitte to ask for more garbage bags, if need be. When checking out, double check you are not forgetting any of your items. If we find any, we will send you a message as soon as possible. Please remove your shoes / boots as you enter the suite. No glass items, such as bottles and glassware, are allowed near or in the pool and hot tub. You will be held financially responsible for all costs in restoring the quality of the water. We do not allow groups or parties of any kind. We want to keep our neighbourhood quiet and peaceful, respectful of nature, the wooded area beyond our backyard, and all of our neighbours. Any nuissance will not be tolerated and will force us to cancel your stay with no refund.
