The Bee's Balm

You'll find us tucked in the quiet woods of northern WI near the Brule River. We're remote enough to experience star-filled skies & fireflies, but not far from many premier attractions. Your space is a self-contained apartment on the lower level of our 2.5 story home. It features a private entry, queen-sized bed, kitchenette, lower level private deck, access our beautiful grounds & more! We're a family of artists who love to travel & to introduce others to our beautiful part of the world. The space Convenient lower level entry with self-check-in lockbox , queen-size bed, loveseat, wifi, smart tv (with netflix/prime account access), DVD player & movies, large shower room, 1 & 1/2 bath, table with 2 chairs. Private partially covered patio with soft wicker couch, patio table and chairs, two lounge chairs, access to shared large picnic table & chairs, campfire access (1 fire's worth of wood included), access to a beautiful yard, pond and grounds. Make smores at the campfire, use your private kitchenette or enjoy our local restaurants. Kitchen includes: pizza Pizazz-multi cooker, toaster, coffee pot, french press, mini-fridge, larger fridge on the patio, microwave, single induction burner, charcoal grill, tea kettle, pot, pan and dishes, outdoor grill and utensils. There is no AC, but lower level stays cool (about 72 degrees) all summer. Additional fridge access on the outer patio. We are COVID prepared and follow proper disinfectant procedures. Guest access Lower level apartment with private entry and patio. Access to the gardens & pond area and shared picnic table and fire-ring. Other things to note We are a "no pets" & " NO SMOKING" listing. We love pets, but have a child with asthma and allergies so we are extra sensitive accordingly. Please be aware that while our WIFI is strong onsite, cell service in our area can be spotty. It is best to contact us via WIFI while here. The floors are painted concrete. They feel nice and cool in the summer, but you may want to bring inside shoes or slippers when the weather is cool.
