Two acres with 150’ of lake frontage. Located 100 yards from snowmobile trail#8. Three bedroom house with hooks ups for water and electric for 2 campers. Perfect space for families in the summer. Fire pit, Playhouse, Screened in gazebo, Sauna and a completely fenced in yard! One bathroom but there is also an outhouse and a full shower in the sauna. Kitchen includes everything you need for cooking (pots, pans, spices, staples all included). Fully stocked coffee bar too. Make yourselves at home. Everything there is available for you to use. Help yourselves but please don’t take anything home with you. (Ex: leftover coffee or cleaning supplies provided) Self check-in with keypad Gazebo is closed Oct- May I’m available 24/7. Contact me if you need anything Snowshoe Inn less than a 1/4 mile. Bar with food and Keno Carla’s Cozy Inn 3 miles away also a bar with food and Keno Mount Shasta is 5 miles away. Nice restaurant. Michigamme Market is 5 miles away, they have gas and groceries and lots of other odds and ends. I’m always impressed with what you can find there. You’ll need to drive everywhere. Uber/taxi Not available **I require a 5 night minimum stay for the months of July and August. (Unless there is last minute availability) There are 5 kayaks for you to use free of charge. We also have a 20ft pontoon boat available for rent at $175/day and must be rented for the duration of your stay. (Deposit required and returned upon inspection of the prop- I don’t charge for check-in and check-out days) The pontoon is nothing special. It runs and it floats and is priced accordingly. If you want something nicer I will gladly give you the local boat rental contact info and you will see my prices are more than fair. Towels and linens provided. There are extra pillows and blankets available. Kitchen is fully equipped with just about everything you should need and a gas grill available too. LP provided. Looking to celebrate Christmas? Have your gifts sent to me and I will have them wrapped and under the tree at no extra charge. The house will also be decorated for the holidays. Want to come in by snowmobile/UTV? Just send me your grocery list and I will have everything there for you upon check-in for a small fee plus the cost of groceries.
