Urban Mini Studio/Own Entrance & Bath

A very lovely, very clean private room, own entrance, own bathroom w/shower, next to laundry, skylights, with lite kitchen (microwave, mini-fridg, toaster, dishes & silverware, coffee maker) bamboo flooring, heat pump for winter heating and summer A/C. The space My family and friends call this their best-ever sleeping space! It's a clean, calm and cozy environment. Lots of towels, toiletries, extra sheets, coffee, teas, snacks and first morning breakfast usually consisting of fresh fruit bowl, bagels & cream cheese & OJ, coffee and teas. Guests have found having that their own entrance and private bathroom an added bonus for complete privacy. (Please note that this space is approx. 190sf . For some folks it is just fine, and for others it might not suit their needs.) Guest access Generally there is adequate street parking. If I notice it is a particularly busy street time, or I know you are arriving late in the evening, I’ll let you know that my driveway is available (for smallish vehicles).. it’s a short and narrow driveway. You would enter the space via the carport. I leave the key in the lockbox and will send you the code a few days prior to arrival so you can arrive at your leisure. The carport is lit with motion lights. The patio furniture under the carport is for your use. Once inside, you have your own kitchen-lite in your room that includes dishes and silverware (also can opener, wine and beer openers). Coffee, tea, cream, usually bagels, fresh fruit bowl, and snacks provided for your first breakfast or whenever. Your private bathroom has lots of towels, also shampoo, conditioner and body wash. For longer stays, the laundryroom (room with the umbrella on the handle) is available for your use, too. The bed is a full-sized bed with extra sheets and blankets in closet. (Please note that the space is approximately 190sf. For some folks this is just fine, and for others it might not suit their needs.)
