Our studio is ideally located on the Central Coast. We are a short drive from Marian Medical Center, the beach, hiking trails and wineries. The studio is a detached unit with a full bathroom and a kitchenette stocked with basic needs for cooking and eating. Play a game of basketball on the half court or lay on the trampoline and star gaze at night. The space This is a newer built detached unit in an established neighborhood. It is fully furnished with all the comforts of a home, just on a smaller scale. Modernly decorated with all of the conveniences one needs for a quick getaway, or a longer stay. The studio is equipped with a Smart TV, mounted electric fireplace, kitchenette with a stove, oven, mini-refrigerator (no freezer) and full size bathroom. We have a half court basketball court and an inground trampoline that guests are welcome to use. Guest access Guests have access to the shared yard, basketball court and in ground trampoline. Want to BBQ? Just let us know and we will set up either the Santa Maria styled BBQ pit (wood not included) or the portable gas grill. Staying more than three days? Feel free to throw a load of laundry in at a mutually agreed upon time. Other things to note Guests may be subject to additional cleaning fees based on the length of their stay and the condition the studio is left.
