Newly constructed Sevier River Farmhouse near Bryce Canyon and Zion's. When you aren't visiting the National Parks spend your time enjoying quiet country farm life. Our Airbnb rooms are clean, quant and comfortable. From the backyard you can see chickens, pigs, horses, wild deer and occasionally a fox or two in the fields surrounding our home. The space With no neighbors on either side of us you can sit on the porch watching the cattle and horses or wander in the yard to see the garden, pigs, and chickens (some animals are seasonal). You can also step out at night to see a beautiful view of the stars (yes, you can see them perfectly here). Our rooms are located in the basement of our home with a private entrance on the North side of the house. Within the basement there are 3 private bedrooms each with their own bathroom, mini fridge, and electric fireplace. We stock towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. Each bedroom is accessed with a touch-pad code lock system. Guest access You will have access to the commons area of the Airbnb space where we have exercise equipment available for your use, a table and chairs, Keurig machine, and microwave. Our neighborhood is safe and quiet, unless there is cattle of sheep drive going on, which is always worth the noise and choas. Both restaurants in Hatch are open from April- October. There is a grocery store in Bryce Canyon and another in Panguitch. There are also restaurants that are open year round in Panguitch (15 miles) and Bryce (25 miles). During your stay We do come and go, but are around most of the time. We leave it up to the guests as to how much interaction they would like to have.
