Ollie curates a living experience typically only available to guests at luxury hotels. The Microstudios are fully furnished and consist of a private kitchen, bathroom, and a living area that transforms into a bedroom area (Murphy Bed). Please know that guest and resident safety are of the highest priority to us! Because of this, we have provided sanitizing stations in all of the building's high-trafficked areas and instituted some additional safety policies that can be found below: - Per CDC guidelines and the Governor’s orders as of July 1, 2020, face coverings are required in all public spaces. As such, all residents, guests, vendors, and service providers of Baumhaus must wear a face covering while in public areas and the building’s amenity spaces; the only exceptions are for those medically unable and for children two years of age and under. In an effort to comply with the Green Phase regulations, we will be monitoring common areas of the building and may ask residents to vacate a common space if they are not complying with social distancing and face coverage requirements. - Lobby and Observatory - In an effort to support social distancing we have reconfigured furniture placement to allow for a six foot distance between residents and guests. To support social distancing it’s important that furniture remains in its current location so we would appreciate it if residents do not modify the placement. Also, please remember to sanitize all hard surfaces with the disinfectant wipes provided. - Fitness Center - To support social distancing, the fitness equipment has been reconfigured and separated and some equipment has been identified as unusable to allow for a six foot distance between residents and guests. While operating in the Green Phase of the reopening plan the Fitness Center will operate at 50% of its normal occupancy. Also, please remember to sanitize all equipment and/or surfaces prior to and after use. - Rooftop Lounge - We have removed and reconfigured furniture to allow for distance between seating spaces. To support social distancing, it's important that furniture remains in its current location so we would appreciate it if residents do not modify the placement. Also, please remember to sanitize all hard surfaces with the disinfectant wipes provided. - 3rd and 4th Floor Outdoor Lounges - To allow for social distancing we suggest one person per seating area. Please remember to wipe all surfaces prior to and after use.
