This 860 sf cottage sits on 1.3 acres of land, has a private beach with 131 feet of water frontage. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets and fall colors from the large screened in porch or the wrap around deck in the evenings. Listen to the loon's and birds in the morning and watch the eagles soar overhead while enjoying your morning coffee. Loon's Nest has all the space you need to relax and enjoy your vacation. Access to the lower level bedroom is via a metal spiral staircase.
