The neighborhood is safe and quiet and walking distance to many restaurants and stores and conveniently accessible to the rapid NYC buses and subways. There is also plenty of convenient and free street parking. Ideal for solo and business travelers, vacationers, couples, adult groups and adventurers. Please note we can't accommodate kids though. Guide to nearby locales available upon request with your stay with us The space Suite 3 features a large queen-sized bed with storage drawers and an extremely comfortable orthopedic mattress, a large dresser and mirror, a 49" brand new smart TV with cable and a mini fridge full of complimentary snacks, water and soda! There is an ample closet with hangers, an iron/ironing board and hair dryer. An air mattress can also be set up for a 3rd guest if needed for $25 additional per night. There is only one other room in the apartment which shares a bathroom and full service kitchen, with cooking allowed. The kitchen features amenities like a microwave, cookware, utensils, glasses and a coffee maker, and is large enough to accommodate 4 seated guests. Close to SO MANY great places! During your stay We live in the separate apartment below, so are always available to help you with anything you need, but will also leave you as much privacy as you want! Other things to note We provide free sodas and water in your min fridge! For extra security, we have cameras around the outside of the building. Please be aware that the apartment is on the 2nd floor of a private home and there are some stairs which may be steep for those with limited mobility.
