This non-smoking property is only 25 minutes from downtown Raleigh, this Clayton home sits on 3/4 of an acre w/ 2 rooms available: large 1st floor King with private bath, walk-in shower & jetted tub for 2, and a 2nd floor Queen with built in desk. Common areas include family room with Grand piano, kitchen & laundry rm., outdoor screened in covered porch and pergola covered firepit with benches. The space We welcome muscians ( the acoustics are beautiful), scientists, farmers and anyone else who would like to visit. The yard is sustainable. You are welcome to whatever may be in season at the time (blueberries, blackberries, muscadine grapes, tomatoes, cucumbers and green beans or whatever else I have planted. Coffee on the back porch is enjoyable year round and outdoor fires on the patio are as well! I have massage therapist who can work with you onsite. If you are interested in this service, please include that in your email and I will get that booked for you. You would be paid directly to the service provider. Guest access Guests have access to their room and bathroom, full kitchen, dining room, laundry room, front porch, screened back porch and firepit area. There is also a very long private paved driveway for parking. During your stay I am a very social person and enjoy interacting with guests if they need me or just want to chat. Oherwise I try to stay in the background so that guests can enjoy their stay. If you are a musician, I would enjoy hearing you play and am happy to help get a fire going in the firepit. For guests who prefer their privacy, they are welcome to message me through the Airbnb app with any questions. Other things to note I have two indoor bunnies (Binky and Whiskey) and a Daschund named Tucker that share my home. I ask that you let me introduce you to the bunnies before interacting. They love being pet, but do NOT like being picked up. They have a gated offer area for night, but are free roam during the day. Tucker barks at new people but quickly becomes your best friend! He sleeps with us so barking at night is not a problem.🙂. For their safety, I am unable to host other animals.
