This 3 bedroom, 2 bath Cabin is on .6 acres. It has a BRAND NEW AIR-CONDITIONER, a full sized kitchen, desk room with bunk, and TV room. There is air hockey, indoor double basketball, foosball, tetherball and a propane firepit. Located 10 to 15 minutes to Bearlakes North Shore. Also close to Minnetonka caves, four wheeling and many other outdoor activities. It most recently was owned, and redone, by a wood worker that has created many master pieces here in the bearlake area, including remodeling this home. It retained its character and gained even more in the process! On a side note,, don't mind the friendly neighborhood cat that hangs around the property. It is friendly and will come say hello! Guest access There is access to the sunroom, and a small game room which has a Foosball table air hockey and a small basketball hoop. Just out the backdoor is a playground with a slide and swings. We also have tetherball and a propane firepit outside. There is a one bedroom and one bathroom apartment named Old Ephraim's Hollow that shares the sunroom space. (We currently have a friend renting the one bedroom. This helps us keep an eye out for things like broken sprinkler pipes and other such things that have popped up on the property. They only use the sunroom for access. ) Other things to note The Hummingbird Mineshaft is also located on this property above the garage. It has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and sleeps up to 12 guests. Having its own access, you can rent it separately or along with the main house. We used to accommodate for RVs and Camping, but with the new restrictions passed by the city, that is no longer possible! The City charges a $750 fine for any violation of their zero tolerance camping policy. Thank you for your understanding.
