MOOSE HAVEN CABIN, 608 sq. f., NON-SMOKING, NO PETS, has 1 big bedroom, 1 bath, living room, full kitchen, dishwasher, a granite top island, gas grill, fire pit, A/C, TV, WiFi, an antique style gas stove, 2 miles to Hill City, close to attractions, back up to US Forest Service, max 7 (4 adults), kids under 2 are free. It's a part of Restmore Inn (family-owned &operated). CREDIT CARD INFO. & GUEST AGREEMENT ARE REQUIRED TO SIGN WHEN CHECK IN. Owners live on site. Please read in "Show more" The space It has 1 big bedroom with 1 king bed & 1 twin sleeper-sofa. Also, there are 1 queen bed & 1 queen sleeper sofa in living room, & 1 bathroom. Our aim is to provide our guests with a comfortable stay. As a result, we have a recommended maximum occupancy of 7 people (4 adults) in this cabin. There is kid playground, and sport area for volleyball & and horseshoes game. Other things to note This is a NON-SMOKING unit. A $400.00 charge will be assessed for non-compliance. There is a $25.00 charge will be charged for lost keys. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY – Our aim is to provide our guests with a comfortable stay. As a result, we have a recommended maximum occupancy of 4 people (max 2 adults) in this cabin. A plus $10.00/person/night cleaning charge applies for extra people (after 2 guests). If the number of guests has changed, you should let us know one day before check in date. All extra occupants and pets must be declared before check in. If additional occupants are discovered during the stay, rates will be an additional $20.00/person/night. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to rent units. NO RVs or TENTS. PETS – No pets are permitted in this cabin. DAMAGES – Guest understands they are responsible for any damages or theft. You will be charged accordingly. CANCELLATIONS – Full refund for cancellations made within 24 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in. STORM POLICY/ROAD CONDITIONS – No refunds will be given for storms, but reservations may be rescheduled. Mountain roads can be curvy and steep. Gravel drives are well maintained, however we highly recommend four wheel drive and/or chains during the snow months. We do not refund due to road conditions. NO DAILY HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE – Rates include a one-time linen and towels setup (for stay less than 4 nights). However, it is available at an additional rate. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit bath towels or linens to be taken from the units. Bed linens are only provided for the number of guests indicated on the reservation. All cleaning fees are non-refundable. MAINTENANCE ISSUES – Maintenance problems in the house will be handled in a timely and professional manner. The rental rate will not be adjusted due to any malfunction of equipment, which includes but is not limited to TV’s, DVD players, air conditioning units, stoves, refrigerators, and door locks. FIRES – Guest understands that the rental is located in the Black Hills National Forest. Fireworks and bonfires are prohibited. You will be held responsible for any and all damages. Only rentals that are advertised as having fire pits are permitted. We have firewood for sale at the property. LEFT AND/OR STOLEN ITEMS – Restmore Inn is not responsible for any personal item(s) left in the house or any personal item(s) that are stolen during tenants stay. If Restmore Inn is able to recover any personal items left in the house, the tenant may choose to have Restmore Inn ship the item(s) to the tenant at the tenant’s expense. Payment must be received before Restmore Inn will ship the item(s).
