"Sawnee Mountain Hikers Hideaway"

This area is full of history from the Trail of Tears, to Sawnee Mountain. This house is located 8 minutes from Lake Sydney Lanier. There is more than a handful of local restaurants and live entertainment to keep busy. If you like to hike the mountain we encourage it. You can either leave from here approximately 500 feet up the hill, medium inclined walk up to the trail. Or if you prefer there is a couple of trailhead parks located within 2 to 3 miles with free parking. The space Very secluded and private! Beautiful sound of the man-made waterfall can be heard just outside the bedroom window. Beautiful mountain view and landscape. There is also a greenway accessable within a few minutes which are great for jogging or walking and biking
