The space Welcome to your quiet, second-floor retreat spanning 1,500 square feet. The open-concept living area invites you to relax on the comfortable sofa amidst rustic wood furnishings. Prepare delicious meals in the full kitchen, which features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and stylish grey cabinets. Enjoy the fresh mountain air from the private balconies. When it's time to rest, you'll find three comfortable bedrooms waiting for you: one with a king-sized sleigh bed, a second with a queen-sized sleigh bed, and a third with a unique queen-sized log canopy bed. Two full bathrooms, each with a double vanity, ensure plenty of space for everyone to get ready for the day's adventures. • In-unit washer and dryer • Two private balconies (one off of the living room, the other shared by the two queen bedrooms) • Two full bathrooms Guest access You will have private access to the entire condo during your stay. Please make yourself at home. The entry area of the building itself is shared with the downstairs unit. Other things to note To ensure a pleasant stay for you and a peaceful environment for our community, please follow these rules: • No events or large parties are allowed. • A maximum of two pets are permitted. All pets must be leashed when outside and you must clean up after them. • Please turn off all lights at night to help preserve our beautiful dark skies. Important Information • This is a quiet residential community. Please be mindful and respectful of our neighbors. • The condo does not have central air conditioning. • The television is a smart TV capable of streaming. We do not provide cable, so please be prepared to use your own logins for services like Netflix, Hulu, etc. • We provide one body towel and one wash cloth per sleeping space, as well as a hand towel and bath mat per bathroom.
