It is 15 minutes to Dolly Wood and Pigeon Forge and about 30 min to Gatlinburg. Back roads will get you wherever you want without getting stuck on the strip. This caravan tiny home has a queen been and two twin beds. It has a large soaker tub and a kitchenette equipped with a fridge, microwave, k cup coffee maker, hot plate with pot/pan and an air frier. It has a bright colorful vide that we know you will love. We have the unit grouped with three others to encourage multiple families traveling together and also providing the opportunity for guests to meet and enjoy each others company. There is a shared charcoal grill and picnic tables close by for all to use. In the common area you will find relaxing hammocks, picnic tables, corn hole, horse shoes, fire pits and a playground. There is a local Neighborhood Walmart or Food City very close place to pick up fire wood or charcoal. To be able to fully enjoy the outdoor space during the summer months, we recommend bringing some bug spray. Other things to note We do have Pack 'n Plays available.
