Enjoy the beach without the crowds in this oceanfront beach cottage on Emerald Isle, with its own private boardwalk. With ocean views both inside and out, you can enjoy watching the sunrise while drinking your morning coffee or the sunset after a full day on the beach. With 5 beds and 2 bathrooms, there is plenty of room for everyone. Fully furnished with linens, towles, wi-fi, & TV's in every room. Only 6 miles to all the island has to offer: fishing, dining, shopping, etc. The space This is a duplex and you will be renting one side. Most of the interior of the home has been upgraded to include all rooms painted, with new doors throughout, granite countertops, LVP flooring in LR & kitchen, new living room and master bedroom furniture. Open concept living-dinning-kitchen areas, fully equipped with new microwave, dishwasher, stove, new refrigerator, washer/dryer, 4 TV's, & Wi-Fi. Kitchen is fully furnished with all kitchenware, and small appliances(coffee maker, crock-pot, etc). There is a gas grill, but you are responsible for your own propane. Guest access Entire cottage is yours to use. Other things to note We provide the initial paper products, 1 roll of paper towels and 3 rolls of TP, but you will need to provide for the rest of your stay. No pets, and NO EXCEPTIONS will be made, as owner is allergic to all animals. The cleaning protocol for COVID-19 is in place. Our cleaner has all the proper products, tools, and knowledge to ensure the entire cottage is disinfected.
