Quite, Cute, Clean Home in South Phoenix/Ahwatukee

This home is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. It is located in the upscale neighborhood of Lakewood Community in the heart of Ahwatukee. Located approximately 15 minutes south of the airport. Easy access to I-10, I-202 and I-101. This is a very quiet and safe community. There are 2 beautiful lakes, walking trails and a park in the center of the community. There is plenty to see and do nearby. Close car ride to all spring training facilities. The space There are three queen beds, and if needed a air mattress per request. Our home have cable TV, living room and master bedroom. We have a pool but it is not heated. Bring your swimsuits and enjoy AZ’s wonderful weather. Guest access We have a community lake and park in our subdivision. There are Ramada’s with grills if you wish to cookout. The lake is stocked with fish for catch and release. Other things to note Our home also has a garage for two cars to park for your use during your stay if needed. We also have some personal items that are not for use. Thank you
