The North Bank Loft features an open floor plan with full kitchen, open living space and a separate queen bedroom. The living area has windows looking out toward Market Street in Havana for beautiful sunset views. The space has been meticulously restored and boasts high twelve foot ceilings, original restored crown molding, exposed brick and original hardwood maple floors. The space For your convenience and enjoyment, the kitchen includes a full size range, refrigerator, microwave, a coffee pot and kitchen essentials with high end cabinetry, custom tile back splash, and a full size kitchen island with seating area. The bathroom features custom tile floor, large pedestal sink and a shower. The North Bank Loft features a separate bedroom with a queen size, modern bed, fully restored skylights in the ceiling and beautiful original mahogany wall paneling and mantle with an electric fireplace. It boasts a quaint designated living room, sitting area that includes a full size couch with a pullout sleeper. The loft is a large, open, bright space, decorated to highlight the historical significance of the 1880 bank building while delivering the best of today's modern conveniences in boutique style lodging. We want our guests to feel pampered and taken care of at the Historic Havana Lofts, and that is exactly why we have taken our time at not only the restoration of the space, but also with the amenities, features and lightning fast internet speed. Rent the lofts together! The Historic Havana Lofts feature the South Bank Loft and the North Bank Loft, each with a queen size bed and a full size pull out sofa bed. We can accommodate up to four people in each loft. *Although we do not allow the lofts to be rented for parties, we know that our space is perfect for many smaller scale events. We do permit the lofts to be rented for girls nights, sleepovers, small bridal and baby showers, and for brides and grooms to get ready on their special day and use as their bridal suite. The light and features of the building make it the perfect location for special photos.
