Three Meadows Farm, outdoor views, great location

As you approach the driveway on the private lane, you'll be welcomed by beautiful meadows and rolling hills. Set on 10 acres in a shaded, forest of mature trees it's comfortable year round. There are beautiful mountain views from several locations on the property. It's peaceful and quiet here most of the time. We're conveniently located just minutes from Flint Hill, not much farther to Washington VA, Sperryville and Front Royal. It's a two bedroom/one bathroom apartment above a detached garage. The space New Full Size bed in BR2, a hybrid mattress from Lucid!! We're now using exclusively Grove products for our paper products and cleaning in an attempt to reduce chemical cleaners and paper products. All Grove paper products are made from bamboo. We've fully renovated the space with new flooring, fresh paint and an updated bathroom. There's a small, efficiency kitchen in the large common room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, dishes, silverware, limited pots, pans and cooking utensils. A coffee and wine bar (wine not included, plenty of local wineries to stock up at) are set up by the kitchen with a Keurig. Sugar is provided as well as a selection of K Cups. Creamer available upon request. A large 50" TV with a Roku streaming box is available with speedy internet to stream your favorite shows - we've provided guest accounts to Netflix and Hulu. The queen bedroom has a cozy chair for reading. Both bedrooms have wireless phone chargers for your use. There's an antique desk in the main living room if you're inclined to write a note or need a space to work. If there's anything specific you may require, we're happy to let you borrow items from our main kitchen. You're welcome to walk the property, just be aware of your surroundings and please stay out of the shed and barn - they're projects we haven't tackled yet. We're on a hill, it's rocky and it's the country, so there are all kinds of critters - some less friendly than others. Terrain can be uneven, so please watch your step. You'll commonly see deer, turkey and small mammals, including beavers. It is the country, and the property is shaded with many trees, with that you may encounter some bugs. We do everything we can to keep the space clean and bug free. During the day, you'll have access to the deck on the main house, which has beautiful mountain views. Skylights allow plenty of natural light in the living room and smaller bedroom. The unit is climate controlled by baseboard heat and window units, including a new high efficiency Windmill unit in the main living area and a smaller window unit in the Queen bedroom. There are also brand new ceiling fans in every room. This will keep the space comfortable, but not cold in the summer. There is parking for 2 cars in the driveway. The driveway and the private lane are gravel. We do harvest hay from our farm, so you may notice the meadows are sometimes taller depending where we are in the growing season. There are mowed areas near the structures so you can still enjoy the property. As clarification, we do not allow pets, except service animals as required by law. There is a level 2 EV charger available inside the garage, with prior arrangement for a small fee. Guest access You have full access to the guest unit. No access to the garage, barn or shed. There is a large, wrap around deck on the main house you're welcome to use during the day but it is a shared with our main house. Feel free to walk the lawns and cleared paths. Other things to note It's on the second floor above the garage. We do use the garage most days. If this will disturb you, please let us know. There is a flight of stairs to access the unit. There are no baby gates and the apartment was built prior to child proof outlets. We have a two night minimum, but feel free to ask about one night stays.
