Beach House steps to Private Beach

Private beach across the street! Beautiful renovated beach house across the street from a beautiful private sugar sand beach. The single story house is perfect for a beach vacation for 2-3 families. The house sleeps 19 with 4 bedrooms. The Master bedroom has a Queen bed and an en suite bathroom. Two large bedrooms each have 2 Twin-over-Queen bunk beds in each room. There is a guest room separate from the house across the breezeway with a Twin-over-Queen bunk bed and en suite bathroom. The space The house is all yours! There’s a spacious living room room / dinning room open floor plan. The bedrooms are large as well. The front porch is a great place to unwind with friends and family. And the front yard has lush grass for lawn games and the kids to run around in. Across the street is the private entrance to the beach. The beach is private only for the neighborhood. We’ll give you the code to beach gate when you check in. This means the beach only has a few families on it at anytime. Be careful to watch the city flags for safety. Green flag means you can swim. There’s a fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, utensils, and dishes. There’s a Keurig coffee maker and an expresso maker. There’s a propane grill in the back. Please clean it when you are done. We don’t provide propane but you can fill up the tank down the street at the Win Dixi. The dinning room table is huge and holds 12 to14 people. The living room has a large TV with all the apps to watch your favorite game or movie. The garage has a little game room for the kids and has beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys for the beach. We have some umbrellas or beach towels, but feel free to bring more if you’d like. There is also a washer and dryer in the back room behind the garage you can use. And we have a Pickleball Net & Paddles that you can set up in the driveway for a fun game! Guest access Guests have access to the whole house. The only thing guest don’t have access to is the second garage on the left. Other things to note There is a $500 refundable security deposit required at booking for each reservation. The funds will be refunded after checkout. Please be careful with the antique furniture. We hope you love the beach!
