The Dolphin Bungalow is a freshly updated 3 bedroom, 2 bath home in a centrally located, family-friendly neighborhood just 10 minutes to beaches and 5 minutes to Sebastian's Riverfront district offering plenty of dining and entertainment options. The town of Sebastian is located midway between Vero Beach and Melbourne, FL and is renowned for its world class fishing. We look forward to hosting you and your family and friends! The space The Dolphin Bungalow is bright and airy, tastefully decorated in a fun beach motif, and is furnished with all the amenities of home. With over 1700 square feet, there is plenty of space for family and friends. The main living room is a comfortable gathering place with leather reclining sofa and reclining loveseat to help you relax after a long day. It’s the perfect spot for family movie nights! Cable TV and Netflix are included. The fully equipped, eat-in kitchen overlooks the screened in Florida room and is open to the family room and bonus living room and home office . The dining table seats 4, though there is an additional folding table and chairs located in the home if you plan to accommodate additional guests or want additional space for game night or to work on a puzzle! The master bedroom has a king sized bed, LCD television with cable included, and its own, dedicated adjoining bathroom. The second guest bedroom is furnished with a queen sized bed and is elegantly decorated in a coastal "Key West" style. The third bedroom is warmly decorated and furnished with two twin beds and a small desk/workspace. The additional 3/4 bath is directly adjacent to the two spare bedrooms and includes a bath/shower combo. Bonus Room: The large bonus room in the rear of the the house is furnished with a pull-out sofa, electric recliner and a large corner-desk and office chair for those who (much like us) might need/want to do a bit of work remotely. High speed internet is included. Cable TV is also located in the bonus room living space. This room is the perfect addition for families traveling with children, or for larger groups. Guest access The Dolphin Bungalow is equipped with keypad entry and entry code will be unique to your stay to ensure your safety. Other things to note Guests with dogs should check the fence, gates and yard before allowing their pet to freely roam to ensure they are secure. We love our furry friends and want to make sure everyone has a safe and enjoyable stay!
