Our beach guest house is an oceanfront dream for a couple's retreat. Come relax by the sea. Listen to the waves crashing right outside your door. Disconnect or work while here we have fast WiFi for you. Enjoy this gem of a place on the coast of Maine as a year round escape. Come make some memories to cherish for a lifetime. All 4 seasons are beautiful here. Pro tip: Wake up early and observe the beautiful sunrise over the ocean. It is totally worth getting up early and will not disappoint. The space Completely separate guest house living space. Cozy and complete with everything needed to relax and enjoy view the ocean. The beautifully designed (3 )room guesthouse is a small space but well appointed for a couple's getaway. Fully equipped galley kitchen, Spa decor-Bathroom with shower standup shower stall. And filter adjustable high pressure shower head/handle. BoHo Beach relaxing vibes. Queen Bedroom fresh linens provided. (2) Smart TV, to sign into your favorite apps. Living room floor space will allow a small area for a pack n play for an infant or a rollaway cot(both available on site) to accommodate 1 extra guest for a small extra fee. A coffee lover bar is set up with: Keurig, Nespresso machine , a French Press and A hand pour drip pot. Also in the cupboard is a traditional 12-cup drip brew pot. There are some complimentary snacks, coffee and herbal teas provided. Guest access The Weber gas grill is available onsite for your use. Also comfortable patio seating to enjoy dinner, drinks and solo fire pit overlooking ocean. Off season we also have overhead propane heaters for patio and gazebo. Access to the gazebo in the backyard is part of the ocean viewing experience and can be reserved exclusively free of charge during your stay. Let us know what day/night you would like to use it and we will have our daybed swing set up with blankets and pillows and ready for you. Other things to note ******PET POLICY***** The beach neighborhood is very dog and kid friendly! We allow (pre-approved) dogs and have a pet fee (sorry no cats allowed). Please add your dog to reservation if you wish to accompany you during your stay. ***Pet policy**** The beach is very dog friendly. Leashed Dogs are allowed during daytime hours. We allow a 1 large dog maximum only or two small breeds. With prior approval and pet fee of $95 per stay. Sorry no cats allowed. Your pup is welcome in our home with prior approval. Please describe your dog(s) in the reservation. Include size, breed, potty trained or not and any bad habits. We would prefer that your pup is never left alone if needed please bring a crate if unattended. ******INCLEMENT WEATHER/CANCELLATION POLICY**** We can not predict Maine weather, so we don't offer refunds due to inclement weather. Please keep in mind when booking, and if this is a concern we recommend purchasing travel insurance (Airbnb provides this while making reservation>) Additionally, because our calendar is fully booked year round we have a strict cancellation policy and do not make exceptions. If you have concerns about this, feel encouraged to purchase travel insurance this is also a great option to protect you , and protect us as business owners. We appreciate your understanding!
