Spacious 2 Bedroom Apartment

This is an apartment in an 8 unit apartment. It is a lower-level apartment. It's very big and there is plenty of space for 4 guests. The building is located less than 1/2 mile from downtown and about 1 1/2 miles from Walmart and City Market. The building is very old and the exterior is unmanicured, but the apartment is very comfortable! Rawlins is not nice, but the people are very friendly and it's a very safe place. The space This is in a small community with on-street and off-street parking. When the building is full there is rarely on-street parking available, but the off-street parking is available for guests. We have a dog run for your dogs, but please don't leave them outside for more than 15 minutes at a time. This unit is attached directly to the unit above it only. There is a fire exit between this unit and the unit next to it. Guest access Enter through the door closest to the dog run. Unit G is downstairs and clearly marked "G". There is a lockbox on the door and the code will be sent around 4:00 pm on the day of check-in. Other things to note All trash must be bagged and tied. This is city ordinance. There is a camera near the trash area and if I am cited for loose trash (it is really windy here and loose trash blows away) I will look at video footage to see who to forward the ticket to. Just be respectful with your trash. Leaving it in the unit is completely fine if it's not overflowing.
