Pop Luck's is a charming one-bedroom, with an open and airy living room and kitchen. It has natural light and high ceilings throughout. Completely renovated guest suite. ~Sparkling clean. We have taken our already high cleaning standards to a whole new level since the spring of 2020. All surfaces are disinfected consistently, including fabrics and linens. ~ This is a historic brick home that has been subdivided into 3 apartments. Rent both sides at the same time.) ~ It is perfect for being so close to Main Street yet having your own space to get away. ~ Relax and rest in the new plush queen-size bed. ~ Queen size sofa sleeper in the Living Room, with Air Dream mattress ~ Enjoy streaming movies on the new 50-inch wall-mounted TV in the bedroom, including a variety of free streaming stations... ~ Plug in and charge your phone or tablet on the nightstand next to the bed. ~ The kitchen has everything that you need for basic food prep such as a small stove, full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, utensils, plates, cups and wine glasses. Rodney Guest access This is a complete and private Guest Suite with is own locked door and separate entrance. It has a small living room with a full sized sofa and coffee table as well as a bookshelf with books, magazines, and reading material. The open style living area flows right into the kitchen. There is a full sized refrigerator, microwave, drip style coffee pot, and a small stove/oven. The kitchen is stocked with silverware, dishes, basic pots and pans and utensils. The bathroom has a shower/tub combo, a toilet, and a small sink. The bedroom is located privately in the back and has a door. There is a queen sized bed with a recently replaced and like new comfortable mattress. There is a large TV mounted on the wall and a closet to hang clothes and store luggage. If you look out of the windows in the bedroom over the backyard, you can catch glimpses of Main Street as our property backs up to the backs of the shops on Main Street. Our place is about 60 steps from the Heart of Main Street and less than 2.5 blocks from the Katy Trail and the Missouri River. Easy walking distance to excellent restaurants, specialty coffee and ice cream shops, and boutique shopping. Other things to note ~ The Ella Rose Guest Suite is located on 2nd Street. ~ Please remember that it is an apartment not a hotel. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but we are not living onsite. ~ Normally Street parking works the best for this Guest Suite, and often a parking space can be found a few feet from the front door on either side of 2nd Street. But occasionally, during festivals or high traffic times, if parking is difficult to find, feel free to message Kristi for other potential options.
