Enjoy the patio with greenery, close to shopping, dining, and entertainment. The condo features a rainfall showerhead, high-quality bedding, and a fully equipped kitchen. It also has an attached 1-car garage accessible through the kitchen for added convenience. The space Our truly nice and comfortable condo is available for short-term rental: 2 days to 12 months (Minimum 2-night stay). It is fully furnished and equipped with high-quality furniture. In the living room you will sit on custom made, top grain leather sofa and chair (custom made) from the quality Amish store. The second bedroom has a huge L-shaped glass desk with a printer and an office chair if you need a dedicated, comfortable place to work and a comfortable queen bed with cool - gel technology. The internet is reliable and has a good speed. The master bedroom has an awesome tempurpedic bed. In these beds, you will sleep like a baby! We provide good linens, towels, body soap, and shampoo, conditioner, so all you need to bring is a few clothes and your phone charger...The kitchen has porcelain dishes, pots, pans, crystal wine glasses, and spices if you wish to cook. We buy occasionally good ground coffee beans, but if it runs out while you are there, please be so kind to restock it so the next guest can have some too. We have a cute, decent size patio with a mini grill and two rocking chairs and a table. (we do not clean or check the grill - we leave that to our guests if they want to use it) If you are a smoker, you can puff here. The condo has a locked thermostat - you can adjust it within a reasonable range - as much as the motor can take (to function without fail): In the summer it is max 72F. Please be considerate of the neighbors. They are all very quiet, private people - let's not stand out! No parties or big gatherings, please. Dogs under 30lb are welcome but no cats. We do have a beautiful custom leather sofa and a recliner and we want to make sure it stays in its current nice condition. About parking: You can park in the garage and there are plenty of free parking spots around the complex, but no parking in front of the garage! Neighbors really don't like that, and the management may tow your car away. Many thanks! Guest access You can access the entire condominium. 2 bedroom, 2 bath, big living room, fully equipped kitchen, and lovely, quiet back patio with 2 comfortable rocking chairs. You can smoke there but not inside the condo. Thanks. You have access to the pool - ask us for details. It is NOT open all year around and sometimes management closes it without letting us know. Other things to note This condo is very well located near the GALLERIA MALL and Addison circle in North Dallas. If you want to map it, punch in the intersection of Preston Oaks Road and Preston Road in Dallas. The best part of this place is that you get maximum privacy, yet much healthy food sources, good quality shops and various entertainment venues are within just a few minutes. We have a booklet on the table with good places to eat and visit.
