Cozy 3 Bedroom Beach Cottage with Large Porch & Fenced Yard — Pet-Friendly Virginia Beach Rental The space Welcome to our charming and cozy beach cottage, perfect for families looking to enjoy a relaxing Virginia Beach getaway. Our spacious cottage features 3 comfortable bedrooms plus a pull-out sofa, providing plenty of room for your group. The large porch with seating for 12 is ideal for morning coffee or evening meals while you plan your day near the beach. The Space Guests have exclusive access to the entire cottage, including a large outdoor porch and fully fenced yard—perfect for your furry friends. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of dishes and silverware for your convenience. We provide two beach chairs, two boogie boards, and a beach wagon, making it easy to enjoy the nearby sandy shores. Shampoos and fresh bar soap are supplied in the bathroom cabinet for your comfort. Longer-term stays from January to March are welcome. I do have a few holiday decorations during the month of December, Guest access You’ll enjoy full access to the cottage, porch, and fenced yard. This pet-friendly vacation rental welcomes dogs for a $75 pet fee (any length of stay). We kindly ask that dogs stay off the beds; if they do, please wash the blanket. The master bedroom’s white duvet cover can be removed and washed separately. If the pet cleaning fee is not included in your payment, please leave it at checkout. Other things to note The cottage, known as “The Hideaway,” is located at 525 25th Street but is tucked in the back of the property for privacy. Check-in instructions, including parking details, will be sent the night before your arrival. Parking is available for two cars on Mediterranean Avenue, marked by an orange gate matching the cottage’s bright orange front door. Nearby Attractions Just minutes from the Virginia Beach Boardwalk, local shops, and restaurants, our cottage offers a prime location to explore everything the beach city has to offer.
