Come down our hundred foot long, private driveway. On the other side of the green gate, is our 9 acre small scale, working farm/ranch. Pull in and park in your two designated parking spots. The furnishings are very tasteful, mid century, modern. Organic linens and bedding help make things comfortable. The space We love our farm! So much sun, any sun to be had around here we get it. We are located in a beautiful pastoral valley with incredible views of misty forested hilltops and long waving grass. This is truly a family oriented community and we feel safe and supported on all sides. Our buildings are warm and brightly colored. The climate is lovely, the costal breezes keep this area temperate and mild in all seasons. Your unit is bright and cheery, with views of the pasture and gardens. It is cozy and simple with coved ceilings and hard wood floors. There is even a small separate back garden and patio just for you! Guest access The laundry facility is limited at this time to guests staying over one week. Please contact us for details. No laundry usage before 9 am and after 7:00 pm. Thanks! The rest of the property is home to several permanent residents as well as another guest unit. Please be respectful of others private spaces. Other things to note Great surfing, horseback riding, sea and river kayaking, a variety of rock climbing, a vibrant fishing community, HUGE ancient old growth trees, one of the worlds rarest pigmy forests amongst coastal sand dunes, edible mushrooms, and so so much more. Please be sure to check the “directions” section . It gives you directions, parking instructions and more. The studio is a shoe-free environment. Please remove your shoes before entering the unit. There is no smoking on this property. Please be careful not to deposit smoking smells on the linens and furniture. This is also a fragrance free environment. Please refrain from using perfumes, cologne or other highly scented items. We have to account for other guests who may have sensitivity’s and allergies. There are other people bedding down here on this property. So we ask that everyone turn the volume down at 9 PM to let others rest well If you bring a pet (we allow one dog) and have paid the extra pet fee ($35) please be sure you keep your pet on a leash at all times and please pick up all pet waste. We have small farm animals roaming free on the property that we need to keep safe. Also please do not leave your pet unattended in the unit. Please be courteous to other guests and do now let your pets get on the furniture.
