A comfortable home in a quiet, old-fashioned neighborhood, nestled on Nicollet Island, the only inhabited island on the Mississippi River. Free parking for 2 cars. The space ALL are welcome. The house is spacious and comfortable, clean and neat. I am low-key and not ruffled by much. The neighborhood is old-fashioned but VERY close to the city center; quite unusual. Guest access In addition to the private use of one queen bedroom and one full bathroom, guests can make themselves comfortable in all main floor areas, including kitchen, den, living and dining rooms and 1/2 bath. Two large sofas and a roll-away cot with bedding are available for extra sleepers. Come and go as you please. Reasonable-level late night noise is expected and not a problem.
