You will most likely not be the only guest in the house so please be aware of that before booking. We ask that all guests are respectful and keep the noise down. Since this building has 3 units in it, there is always a potential for noise. If you are sensitive to that, please do not book this space.* *we have exterior security cameras to monitor who enters the building. There is one camera on the front porch to monitor the main entry doors. The cameras are always on. * *ac is only available in the summer and early fall months due to the typically mild temperatures in spring* *breakfast and cooking essentials are provided so there will be food in the kitchen* Guest will have access to the entire space. We do lock off the basement as we store cleaning supplies, there is a washer and dryer, but only for stays over 1 month. All of the space is yours to use privately however you like, we ask that you respect and clean up after yourself prior to leaving You can use the driveway to park in, it is first come, first serve (please do not block in any cars). There is also free street parking. There is a front porch you can hang out on as well. Driveway parking is NOT guaranteed. We are always available via the Airbnb app. All of our properties have smart locks so we do not typical meet our guests. We live close by so we are always available to help with any issues. Thank you! Located on a quiet street in a historical part of the West Side of Cleveland. This up and coming neighborhood is very diverse and full of friendly people. Our historic home is updated and well cared for, but not all homes in the area are so please be aware of that before booking. We love our neighborhood, buts it’s not for someone looking for the suburbs or who wants to stay downtown. Only Minutes away from the Airport and Downtown (Quicken Loans, First Energy Stadium (Browns), Progressive Field (Cleveland Indians) The Rock & Roll hall of fame, Jack Casino. 4 Miles from Edgewater Beach, about 2 miles to Gordon Square, the West Side market and Ohio city are also right down the street. Less than one mile from rays mountain bike park!! 6 Miles from downtown and 6 miles from airport, both are about a 10$ Uber/Lyft during normal rates. You will need a car to get around and see all that Cleveland has to offer. There are Uber and Lyft services readily available as well as the bus which stops at the end of the street. Please take shoes off when you enter. We have a fun foosball game, but please be respectful of noise if it gets late. Target and Giant Eagle (grocery chain) - 4 minutes away. Downtown First Energy Stadium 10-15 minute car ride Quicken Loans & Progressive Field are about 10-15 minutes as well West 25th Street is home to the west side market during the day and lots of local breweries (Great Lakes is one of our favorites)
