This is studio apartment, in a private house, with independent entrance, where all public transportation is within walking distance, as well as eatery, mini markets, pharmacies hospitals and malls. Pelham Gardens is a great neighborhood of predominantly private houses and there is always parking available, including our driveway. Besides being a very clean and private place to rest, it's location make it the perfect place for a stay in NYC. The space Quiet and Private. NO Smoking. Space is essentially for 1 guest. A visitor counts as an additional guest. Upon approval, each additional guest is subject to a $40 nightly fee. Guest access Access the property through the metal door next to the garage doors (laundry/boiler room) During your stay I'm accesible by phone call or text. Please notify if you plan to have a guest. Other things to note The Private Bathroom inside the unit is SMALL. Reservation for 1 GUEST ONLY. EACH additional guest will be charged a nightly $40 fee separately. A visitor is considered a guest.
