The space The apartment is on the second floor (one flight of steps to walk up) of a historic brownstone building. Large windows and a beautiful fireplace give the apartment a warm, comfortable feel. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire apartment Other things to note The apartment is in a quiet building. Many of the residents have lived in the building for years. The tenants are a mix of professionals, families with young children and retired couples. We ask that guests keep noise at a reasonable level, parties and loud gatherings are not permitted.
