This 4 bedroom/2 bath ranch style home is just what you need for the perfect get away! This private lake front home boasts a newer, private dock on deep water (22 feet at full pool), screened in porch, large multi level deck with hot tub and fire pit area will be just what you need to relax! The space Standard and keurig coffee makers are both in the kitchen! Other things to note Hot tub may not be usable in Dec-Jan if there is freezing weather. Please note this. Please bring your own toilet paper and paper towels (there is a Dollar General close by.) We do supply some, but you don’t want to run out. Please note there are 2 coffee makers (standard and keurig) but you may need to bring your own coffee. Fireplace inside is not available for use. Owner is not liable for any injuries or losses. Renters who do not follow check out instructions are subject to an additional $100 fee. Early check in is allowed at a fee of $10 per hour.
