I have had too many people come and trash my place, therefore: NO PARTIES! NO BIRTHDAY PARTIES! NO QUIET PARTIES! NO LARGE GATHERINGS! Guest access The backyard is for your use. The downstairs unit does not have access to it. Other things to note NO PARTIES AND NO MARIJUANA! IF YOU THROW A PARTY I WILL CALL THE POLICE AND YOUR RESERVATION WILL BE CANCELLED. IF YOU SMOKE ANYTHING IN THE HOUSE (MARIJUANA/CIGARS/CIGARETTES) YOUR RESERVATION WILL BE CANCELLED.
