Blacksburg Suite 2.5 miles To Virginia Tech

This guest suite is just 2.5 miles from Virginia Tech. Our listing sleeps 2 and includes a full bathroom, a kitchenette (not a full kitchen), and an eating/sitting/working area. Private, coded entrance. Microwave, mini-fridge, and Keurig are in the room. Guest parking available in our driveway. The space Our suite is unique because it is a basement space with a high-end feel. The floor is made of concrete with a "grind-and-seal" (polished) finish. There are rugs for your comfort; however, you may consider packing fluffy socks or slippers to pad around in while you're settling in. Additionally, if there is foul weather or high winds, your suite is one of the coziest places in our home. Cool in the summer, warm in the winter! Guest access You will walk past our front door and down a stone path, with steps, to access your private, coded entrance (you will be unable to roll your bags in this area). You are welcome to walk the grounds and enjoy the views! Other things to note Our dog is high-energy, very friendly, and free to roam outside. We "scoop" daily, but be sure to watch your step!
