Nice quiet private space.

Walking distance to Wendy’s, Burger King, Rodney village shopping center, 4 minutes drive to Bayhealth Kent General hospital. Delaware State University, Dover Down’s, Dover Speed Way, The Dover Mall, Walmart, Redner’s and other shopping area is less than 10 minutes drive. Public transportation bus stop is 1 block from the house. The space Guess has their own personal small refrigerator inside the room, can use kitchen, bathroom, living , dining, washer and dryer . Guest access Guess access to my property only. During your stay I will give guesses their space but will be available to talk if so desire. I will just be a text message away. Other things to note I am a down to earth person. Feel free to socialize/communicate!! “Only 1 guest per stay, no one else is allow inside” Keep in mind If you choose to check out later than 11 am there will be a extra $10 per hour fee.
