Our 3,500 sq ft home (4 bed, 2.5 bath) sits on a private, wooded 3-acre lot. The home sleeps 7 (1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Full, 1 Twin). Need more beds? We can add 1 Queen air mattress, 1 Twin trundle, and 1 couch. Total up to 11 ppl. Enjoy our baby grand Baldwin piano or relax and watch a movie. The 65” smart TV offers Netflix, Amazon Prime, and more. The couch can also sleep one guest. Dining Room: The large dining table and custom benches were imported from Turkey. Enjoy meals and moments of laughter together. Kitchen: The kitchen includes an oven, microwave, electric stove, refrigerator, single-serve Keurig, drip coffee maker, cutting boards, knives, and baking sheets. It is fully stocked with pots, pans, plates, cups, oil, spices, salt, pepper, and more. For example, we added a boy to our family, so Bedroom 3 is now mostly blue. Other things to note *YMCA Access: We have worked it out with the YMCA that our guests can use their facilities for $25 each person each day. They have 4 locations in Durham with multiple pools, gyms, tennis courts, racquetball courts, etc. You can also use the YMCA’s in Chapel Hill and Raleigh. Please remember to declare the total number of guests in your booking, including children aged 2 and up, in accordance with Airbnb policy. This helps us ensure a comfortable stay for everyone.
