The spa-themed bathroom has a double shower. Minimum 30 day stays. There is a sweet and quiet indoor cat on site. No smoking indoors. The space The north facing second floor master bedroom has: a skylight and NW facing balcony, generous 18' of wall-to-wall closets, a queen pine sleigh-bed w/ futon mattress/foam topper and mattress heater, custom wood desk with three drawers w/ ergonomic chair, two 2-drawer antique french wood dressers, a fluorescent desk-lamp and alcove lighting, a 4’ shoji screen, an upholstered storage bench, and a large mirror. The small adjacent room is set up as an office with corner south-east windows and an L-shaped glass corner desk that might be available to share. The master bath has: a double shower, an all-in-one Toto toilet, suspended Italian blue glass sink, is approx 20’ down the (basket-weave teak floor) hall. There is a designated thermostat on the second floor. There is no separate entrance, however very close to the front door. It is very likely you will have this whole floor to yourself. The selling point of this space is that it’s super quiet and serene. The common areas shared on the first floor are the kitchen, dining, living room, front porch, backyard outdoor dining table, gas grill, red-lava-rock seating area as well as an outdoor recumbent bike. Off the carport is a shared laundry room. Small front entry porch w/ seating. Guest access Maple stairs leading to a second floor where master bedroom, bathroom, landing, and a small office reside. Parking is on the driveway or street. Laundry room is off the carport. Kitchen is fully equipped. Please keep any personal food items in your room. A shelf will be yours in the refrigerator and freezer. Should you require more space there is another refrigerator in the laundry room. A personal mini fridge can be arranged. During your stay Shopping, driving, cooking, and laundry services are available for an added fee. An occasional meal or snack may be offered to share. Typically there will be minimal interface with guests. Other things to note Indoor cat on the premises. No smoking indoors including the balcony attached to the master. There are smoking lounges available outside on the first floor and carport areas.
