Our spacious guest suite has its own private entrance, comfortable pillow-top king size bed, work-friendly laptop desk, hi-speed wifi, spa bathroom with heated floor, mini fridge, and microwave. The guest suite is part of the main home, but there are no shared spaces and the areas are separated by a locked solid wood door & noise-dampening cushions. Our guest suite is ideal for couples visiting family in the neighborhood. Guests staying overnight at the property must be listed on the reservation. Our check out instructions are simple: take out trash, sign out of TV streaming services, lock the door. Absolutely NO SMOKING in or anywhere near the property. We will smell it in the house immediately. Infants & toddlers: Our guest suite is not well-suited for infants and toddlers. We encourage families with young children to seek out accommodations that can better suit their needs. Highly sensitive allergies: We live in an older home (built in the 1940s). We cannot guarantee that our guest suite would be comfortable for those with extremely sensitive allergies.
