The front porch is perfect for people-watching. The interior is spacious and comfortable for lounging and relaxation. We have done our best to make this property a "show up and enjoy" space with all the comforts of home. Please note this is smoke-free property. Guests are asked to refrain from smoking or any type, vaping, etc inside or on the grounds of the property as buildings are in close proximity, and this impacts our neighbors and tenants. After you proceed through the formal entryway, you'll find a spacious living room with a faux fireplace and a baby grand piano, which guests who play are welcome to use. The space offers a separate formal dining room with an expandable table and a gorgeous chandelier. The eat-in kitchen has a table for four, plenty of counter space for cooking and meal prep, and stainless appliances. The kitchen is fully stocked for meal preparation, including cooking basics and a full assortment of gourmet spices. Adjacent to the kitchen and separated by sliding doors is the second bedroom, which includes a queen-sized bed and a set of bunk beds. Just so you know, we decorate for seasonal holidays.
